The following is VTV's shipping policy: 1. All shipments are made through the safest and most economical method: ie: USPS Priority Mail Insured, UPS or FEDEX Ground. In some countries, the safest and most reliable method is UPS or FEDEX. Heavier items may be shipped directly from the factory by UPS or FEDEX Ground Service to the customer to avoid double shipment charges. 2. In most cases, insurance is provided on items with a value of over $200 USD 3. Shipping charges are figured automatically through the Amazon.com shipping calculator and applied automatically to your order. 4. All fragile items like tubes and equipment are either factory packaged and double boxed or safely packaged in bubble wrap and foam insulation to avoid damage or breakage. Be sure you keep the original packaging for the first 90 days in the event of a warranty issue. Always try to keep the original boxes for amps and speakers in case you need to send them back to the factory.
